With the use of CAC in place of conventional copper foil, a dramatic improvement in productivity is immediately materialized, including high productivity yield by preventing contamination during the lay-up process, labor cost savings by elimination of wiping and reduction in frequency of laying up by increasing the number of lay-up stages. Furthermore, an aluminum sheet separator helps ease the handling of thin copper foil, such as those of 12μ and 9μ thickness, while also preventing wrinkles in the copper foil.
