Developing human resources is critical to a company's success. To provide equal education opportunities across head office, factories, and Group companies and train human resources who can think for themselves and resolve problems, we have revisited our quality control education. We worked with JX Nippon Research Institute to create eight quality education courses, including a beginners' course and an analysis course designed to equip staff with knowledge which they should all share regardless of their particular skills or duties. This year, 520 staff participated in these courses. We will continue to add courses and enhance and improve our quality control education to enable staff to do a better job and boost workplace quality.
