Employing world-class nonferrous metal manufacturing technologies, the Thin Film Materials Division provides products on a global basis, such as a wide variety of sputtering targets, compound semiconductor materials, high-purity metals, and surface treatment agents for highly functional devices including advanced IT equipment, medical instruments, and electric vehicles.
With the advance of the IoT and AI society and full-scale introduction of fifth-generation communications networks (5G), we will continue working to achieve stable provision of even higher-quality products.
