JX Nippon Mining & Metals Joins the Open COVID-19 Declaration
JX Nippon Mining & Metals Corporation (President: Seiichi Murayama; hereinafter “the Company”) has joined the Open COVID-19 Declaration (the “IP Open Access Declaration Against COVID-19”), indicating our support for the principle of assisting with the fight against COVID-19 through open access to relevant intellectual property.
Participants in this Declaration state that they will not exercise any patent, utility model, design, or copyright against activities whose purpose is stopping the spread of COVID-19.
In assenting to this Declaration, the Company likewise declares that we will not seek compensation for or assert any patent, utility model, design, or copyright during a certain period of time against development, manufacture, marketing, or other activities whose sole purpose is stopping the spread of COVID-19.
We are committed to continue contributing toward the early stopping of COVID-19.
