NKT322 GIGALLOY® Copper Alloy Designed for Connectors with High Mechanical Strength(UNS Alloy No. C19910)



NKT322 GIGALLOY ® is a titanium copper which we have uniquely developed. By adding Fe to C1990 and optimizing process conditions, NKT322 GIGALLOY ® shows dramatically improved mechanical properties and bending formability. Excellent balance of its mechanical properties allows it to be widely used for switches, connectors and other electronic components. NKT322 GIGALLOY ® is recognized as the best substitution of beryllium copper alloys.
